I *hate* switching email addresses.
I have been using the same email address since 1996 so it becomes a vital account for all of your online activity. Passwords are reset by sending you an email. Shipment notifications, account updates, news, product releases, stock alerts, forum access, heck even bank/credit card account access. So after a decade of using the same email address it is very very *painful* to update all of those accounts you have floating around out there.
I must have spent three hours going through just my important accounts. i.e. credit cards, bank accounts, investment accounts. Now all I have left are the 50 million internet forums I am registered at, Merchant sites, and then to update people that email me. That will take another few hours at least.
I am switching entirely over to Webmail with Pop functionality however, since I loathe having only local access to my email. I want to be able to access it anywhere, and I am just not driven enough to setup and maintain my own pop/smtp relay box.
In the end, I <3 gmail, that is for sure.

The terrorists have won! (Or I am ashamed to be an American)
All because of the OMG TERRAR about the Adult swim ad campaign in Boston.

Behold the EVIL:

If this freaks Americans out this badly and we are arresting people over it, the terrorists have won.
And some humor from the ArsT forums:
On the moon, our marketing campaigns are enormous and all-encompassing. You cannot escape the power of Lite-Brite Err’s incredible finger.”
“YEAH! FEEL THE FORCE, BOSTON!!”
“Now glow from within, Err. Pulsate with anger.”
“I AM!”
“Become brighter.”
“I AM!!”
“Now blink.”
“OH YEAH!”
“Truly, all shall tremble before us. Only by seeing our movie will anyone in this city escape with their lives.”
“NINE DOLLARS PER TICKET, BITCHES!”
“They are running scared now, Err!”
“SUCK IT DOWN!”
